1. Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

To cancel, you must notify us in writing (by email) within this 14-day period.

2. Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unfitted, and in original condition with all original packaging.
Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of cancellation.
Electrical items and custom/special-order parts are non-returnable unless faulty.
Returned goods will be inspected before any refund is issued.

3. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return:

Contact us at parts@autokora.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
Wait for return authorisation and instructions.
Package the item securely and include your order details inside the package.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
If the item is used, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error), a partial refund may be issued.
Original delivery charges will only be refunded if the full order is returned.

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no cost to you, including covering return shipping.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the unwanted product for a refund and place a new order.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Electrical components (unless faulty);
Custom-made or special-order parts;
Items returned outside the permitted return period;
Items showing signs of installation or modification.
